- for existing buildings from 0,75 mil. EUR
- to finance construction from 1,5 mil. EUR
Forms of financing
Financial leasing
- As the lessor, UniCredit Leasing will be the legal owner of the real estate and you as the lessee will become its economic owner. This means that you can include the real estate in your accounts. At the end of leasing you become the owner of the leased asset for its symbolic net book value.
Operative leasing
- Relates mainly to accounts that are based on international accounting standards, which will allow you to carry out "off balance sheet" leasing transactions. This type of leasing is effectively rental of real estate where the payments become your tax expense.
